Founded in 2019 in a quiet backstreet of Shibuya, GRINLUV was born from a simple belief: coffee should be an experience of stillness. We source directly from smallholder farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala, building relationships that honor both craft and community.
Our roasting philosophy is guided by restraint. We roast in micro-batches on our vintage Probat, coaxing out the delicate florals, bright fruit notes, and clean sweetness that define truly exceptional coffee. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is wasted.
